My passion for living a healthy, active lifestyle started at a young age. From living in the prairies, playing competitive hockey and baseball to bodybuilding. I moved to Squamish in 2020, I love mountain biking, trail running and hiking. My fitness coaching career started in 2012. After having many coaches in my life and working within the sport community, I knew I wanted to become one too. I love working with others who are determined to grow and change.

Whether your goals are athletic performance based, weight loss, bodybuilding, marathon training, increasing mobility/flexibility or gaining confidence I am here to help!
