Hey i’m Eva!
As a coach I am hugely passionate about encouraging women to weight lift, build muscle and ultimately enjoy exercise.
Alongside this, I educate women how their nutrition goes hand in hand with training to get them to their goal whether that is fat loss, muscle building, or improving your strength and performance.
Here is how we do it:
We tailor a training plan you, your goals & your schedule. This gives you the structure you need to see success in your training.
We take a good look at your current nutrition and put plans and targets in place to make the necessary changes, this may be calorie and macro tracking or utilising more mindful methods.
Alongside sessions we have a weekly check in to keep you accountable. This is the key part of coaching that keeps you working toward your goals and ensures you commit to the goals you have laid out for yourself.
As an added extra I provide educational workshops around training and nutrition. I am VERY passionate about giving my clients the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of training and nutrition to give you the knowledge you need and to counter the fads and misinformation we are inundated with.
