As a result of participating in competitive sports throughout my academic career, I have always had a great enthusiasm for athletics. When I was given the opportunity to serve as the fitness lead for the BC Wildfire Pemberton Unit Crew, my interest in coaching began. I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals, and I create personalized training schedules to meet the needs of each client.
