About me:

I am new to Squamish but I can already tell it’s home. I’ve been a very active person my whole life primarily playing Junior A hockey. Other activities include hiking, biking, snowboarding, and many other sports.

Personal development is something I work on consistently and it’s what I help others to work on too. This is one reason I’ve been a part of this industry for many years. I want to help people achieve this when they’re working towards their own goals, in and outside of the gym. My specialties include individual approach to each program design. Whether that is applied for injury management or getting ready to hike, ski, lose weight or build muscle, I’m here to help you reach your goals.

My Fitness journey started over two decades ago. After having children, I have been focused primarily on core conditioning, mobility, and strength training. My specialties include TRX suspension training, kick boxing, kettle bell,

foam rolling, and myofascial release. I believe determination, drive, and sense of inner strength is important. I think about strength being from the core which is why I created my foundation to fitness routines. 

Whether your goals are weight loss or building strength and cardio. I believe a healthy diet is as important as a regular fitness routine. I am also here to help guide you through the proper diet that’s right for you. My goal is to take what I know and educate my clients with exciting new fitness routines that give amazing results. My style is unique, fun, and keeps people excited for more. My genuine personality will build confidence and give you peace of mind.
